The Association of Business Process Management Professionals ABPMP in Ukraine (hereinafter – the Association) respects the confidentiality of personal information and seeks to protect it. This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) describes the procedure for processing and protection of information about individuals (hereinafter – Users) who use the site http://abpmp.org.ua/ (hereinafter – the Site), information, products and services of the Association.

By providing his personal data, the User agrees to the Association to collect, process and use his personal data in accordance with the laws of Ukraine in various ways for the purpose specified in this Policy.

Definitions

Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a particular individual (or identified individual) on the basis of such information.

Processing of personal data – any action or set of actions performed in whole or in part in the information (automated) system and / or without the use of automation tools that are associated with the collection, recording, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use and dissemination (transfer, including to third parties), depersonalization, deletion, destruction of information.

The Association may collect various data, including:

  • first and last name,

  • postal address;

  • phone number;

  • company and position;

  • email address.

Personal data may also include additional data provided by Users at the request of the Association so that the Association can fulfill its obligations to Users, including in accordance with the service contract or other regulations and agreements concluded between the User and Association.

In the case of a telephone conversation with the manager of the Association, the call can be recorded to improve the quality of service.

The Site collects data about visitors using the Google Analytics service. This data is used to collect information about the actions of visitors to the Site in order to improve the quality of its content and capabilities, as well as to improve the services of the Association.

The order of collection, storage, use and processing of personal data

The purpose of personal data processing is to fulfill the obligations of the Association to Users regarding the use of the Site and its services, as well as the services provided by the Association.

The association can store emails and other emails from users to process their questions, respond to inquiries and improve its services.

Collected personal data allows Users to send:

  • announcements of events and various events organized by the Association,

  • notification to confirm and agree on the participation of users in the activities of the Association,

  • information on new products and services,

  • useful materials and articles, advertising materials.

From time to time, the Association may use personal data to send important messages containing information about changes in the terms, conditions and policies of the Association.

If you do not wish to be included in the mailing list of the Association, you can unsubscribe at any time by notifying us by contacting the contacts specified in the Policy.

Users’ personal data is stored on electronic media and processed without limitation, including in personal data information systems using automation tools, or without the use of such tools, for example, when non-automated processing of personal data is required in compliance with the law.

The Association may use personal data for internal purposes. For example, to analyze data, conduct research to improve the products and services of the Association, as well as interaction with customers.

Personal information may be transferred to third parties. This can happen in the following situations:

  • in partnership agreements with contractors and to provide services to Users (for example, third parties that provide technical support, quality control, marketing and advertising activities, analytical research, as well as courier services, postal organizations and etc.);

  • in order to comply with the law, in response to reasonable requests from public authorities;

  • in order to protect the rights of the Association, its members, partners.

Any processing of the User’s personal data in accordance with the purposes mentioned above, including the transfer of his personal data to any third parties, does not require his separate consent or separate notification of such processing by the Association.

When storing and processing personal data, we are guided by the principles:

  • the legality of the purposes and methods of personal data processing;

  • honesty;

  • compliance of the purposes of personal data processing with the purposes defined in this Policy, as well as the powers of the Association.
